Springs Speedway National Series round 2

We made it two in row this weekend winning our 2nd feature at springs speedway. We were top points car after the heats and drew a 1 pill that let us start from the pole. The car was however way too tight and we did a big tank dranging wheel stand on the start and ended up coming off turn two in second place. We raced our way back up and held on for a while to burn some fuel off and hopefully loosen the car up a bit. It was a fun race with the 22 of Dean Brindle, the team car to Saldana and Dollasky which will be in town for the next few events. Dean was making all the right moves in traffic and was making a pass for us difficult, but we split a couple of lap cars down the front straight that gave us a bit of a run to get pasted the #22 car for the lead going into turn one after the white flag. We held on for the win and the two of us had lapped up to and including the 4th place car with 3rd place just crossing the line in front of us. It was an awesome race and by most fans input, the best they have ever seen at The Springs Speedway. Thanks to our sponsors and Team Simpson for giving me the tools to win. We hope things continue going our way the whole summer down here. That will make up for some of he bad luck we had midseason back home!

Thanks for the support!
